Exceeded my expectations! I was a little hesitant booking a room here based on prior reviews. Comfy beds & pillows, AC worked great, clean updated rooms.

convenient location and clean. Very helpful staff. We understand it’s getting an update so we were able to overlook some lampshades falling apart and old sofa. fabulous jetted hot tub! when booking.com seem to have booked the wrong room for us, they gave us a free upgrade. Much appreciated!

Breakfast was good but I miss the choice of juices, yogurt.....all the stuff you had before Covid.

The room had a few flaws but overall clean and very reasonably priced. We stayed 2 nights with 2 rooms and one being a two room king suite. Group of 6 kids and 2 adults stay was comfortable with the feel of an apartment in the king suite with a killer hot tub that is lacking in the pool area to relax in and enjoy all the beauty of staying in a hotel. The staff was very accommodating and kind. The girl on night shift helped me with attraction tickets and ideas and was extremely well trained in proper customer service. Patient kind and accommodating to the best of the inventory available. Loved the staff and the breakfast is limited but still have waffles and bagels and fruit and coffee. Decent for limited. We give our stay 4 stars due to the child’s writing on the side of the couch, drywall mud on the wall but the door handle already broken a hole in it and one light fixture was hanging 1/8 of an inch nothing imposed on our comfort, though. Thank you Baymont for a wonderful stay!
